The Six Basic Human Needs Survey

We all have basic human needs.

Cloé Madanes, a world-renown psychotherapist and strategic therapist, has identified six:

  1. Certainty
  2. Uncertainty or Variety
  3. Significance
  4. Love & Connection
  5. Contribution
  6. Growth.

The first four needs are related to our physical and emotional well being where the last two are related more to our spiritual needs

Each of us has two to three needs that are more important than the others.

Answer the following questions to determine the top two human needs most important to you

Every statement must be graded as: "Yes", "Partly", or "No".
Honestly grade each statement:

"Yes" is for "yes, this is really me."

"Partly" is for "this is partly who I am."

"No" is for "no, this is probably not who I am."

If you do not know if it applies to you, it's probably best to give it a "no".

In order to get accurate results, please answer EVERY question!

Do not dwell too long on each question.  Usually, the first response that pops into your head is the most appropriate one.  Don't try to second guess your response. The survey should not take more than 15 minutes - some can even finish in 10 minutes!  It depends on how well you know yourself.

Once completed, click "save and send" and I will start working on your results asap so I can send you your personalized results.

If you would like to discuss your top two human needs to find out how they impact your life and what you can do about it or want to know the order of all of your six basic human needs, we can schedule a free consultation.  (I'll let you know how to connect when I send you your results.)
